Your Therapist

I have had 21 years of experience as a therapist. I undertook a Bachelor of Psychology followed by a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and worked for over 18 years in private practice and in government departments (hospitals, corrections, defence, fire and emergency services, and schools).  

Following my diverse experience, I became passionate about perinatal and infant mental health, as well as relationships therapy.  However, I have experience working with adults, children and adolescents and have extensive experience in all of these areas.  I am highly skilled in trauma work, and trauma focused therapy, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). If I feel that I can not work with a particular issue, I can provide suggestions of other professionals that may be able to assist you.
